- SHIPPING CHARGES – Shipping charges are only refundable for products returned due to defect.
- CLEARANCE ITEMS are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

RETURN CONDITIONS
All items must be returned unused, and in original packaging. Once your product is received and inspected, a refund will automatically be applied to the original credit card/form of payment on file and a credit memo will be emailed to you as proof of the refund.
- All exchanges will be processed as a refund back to the original payment method. Any exchange or replacement order will need to be placed separately if you are interested in an alternative product.
- Return period starts from the date the order is shipped.
- Hull Shield is NOT liable for any items lost by the carrier. Additionally, customers are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments.
- All returned items will be subject to a 10% restocking unless the product is being returned due to defect or is being exchanged for another product.
